Kim Basinger, was a fine attress in her day. However, I have to say she doesn’t exactly exude the Prada image in my humble opinion. Prada has a tradition built on elegant style and refinement, qualities not immediately associated with Kim Basinger. Kim Basinger comes across more as a pretty tom-boy, almost “one of the lads”! Her style is rough-feminine and certainly not elegant as one would associate with traditional Prada. But then, perhaps I am missing the point! Maybe Prada is trying to move away from it’s traditional base and make an impact within the “ladette” market. If so, a major mistake methinks!!
